291 Days Until the Wedding

Called the new and improved caterer & he wrote us in to the book. Says we don't have to do anything else until after the first of the year when we'll sit down to work out the menu & put our deposit down. This is exciting, but also makes me a little nervous. The other caterer pretty much handed me a completed contract & told me to mail it to her after I signed it. So I wasn't expecting things to be so simple as a phone call & boom we're set.
